Both in our research and in published research we have seen the same pattern – teams that support each other reduce the stress of individuals, and conversely teams with low psychological safety can actually amplify the stress levels of individuals. 

Team culture is the crystallisation of a resilient culture

A powerful way to help the resilience of employees is to work at the team level.  Shared habits focusing on resilience help not only each individual team member but also the team as a whole remain more resilient.

We have worked extensively with teams on resilience in high stress times.  We have worked with teams in the semiconductor industries, in European regulatory teams and in other complex high pressure environments to help teams noticeable shift their team habits.
