  • Extensive experience as a trainer in leading workplaces across many sectors including banking, manufacturing, civil service, pharmaceuticals, higher education, media and PR, arts
  • Mindfulness training for MPs, Peers and their staff in the UK Houses of Parliament (2015-present)
  • Author of Introducting Mindfulness (Icon, 2012) and Mindful London (Virgin, 2014)
  • Co-chair of the Mindfulness in the Workplace inquiry for the All Party Parliamentary Group for Mindfulness
  • Senior Producer with BBC Radio and Music (1989-2006)
  • Leading groups through transformative journeys in an atmosphere of warmth, openness, humour and authenticity
