Leading for Resilience – Helping leaders cultivate their own resilience and adaptability and bring this into their leadership
Our Leading for Resilience program empowers leaders to foster resilience in themselves and their teams. Combining neuroscience, behavior change, and real-time physiological insights (such as heart rate variability), leaders learn to manage their own stress levels, improve recovery, and build habits of resilience in their work lives and their leadership.
Encouraging leaders to experiment and build their resilience
We focus on measurable outcomes – and we encourage leaders to try specific experiments and assess the outcomes on their own regeneration and recovery, on their ability to focus and regulate emotions and on their ability to be present and resonant with their teams. Through these experiments leaders gain the tools to regulate energy, reduce meeting overload, and lead with clarity and care. This program enhances both wellbeing and leadership effectiveness—especially in high-pressure contexts.
The Structure of the Leadership resilience Programme
- Modular structure (4-6 modules online lasting 1.5 hours each)
- Individual resilience assessment with report
- Individual Heart rate variability assessment and ongoing work with HRV to improve recovery and health values
- Individual and group coaching
- Focus on specific measurable experiments to assess impact on health and leadership outcomes
- Extensive social learning platform with tasks and homework assignments
- Pre- and post-assessment evaluation
